Empowering and supporting you to find opportunities and develop valued roles so you can live the life you love. Working alongside your coach, community connector and whānau, Forward, Together runs alongside all Momenta’s programmes.

You may be interested in pursuing goals in education, employment or recreation. Whatever it is, we will support you to find and connect to those opportunities in the community.

Our life skills coaches and community connector are flexible where they meet you. This might be in our office, online, in the community, or in your home. You choose.

Momenta works with individuals from the age of 16-65 years old who have a lived experience of disability or health condition which are preventing you from fully achieving the life of value that you are seeking.

Forward, Together runs alongside all of Momenta’s programmes and can start whenever you are ready. It’s up to you to get the most out of Momenta’s programmes. Are you ready to dig deeper to discover who you are, create shifts in your life and to choose and go after a life you love?
